  • How Does it Work?
    We simply provide a claw machine at your business at no cost to you, and you earn revenue based off the amount of sales made. Inquiries can be made here.
  • What % of Revenue Do I Receive?
    The split of revenue will be determined based on business location, hours of operation, and average number of customers per day. Please inquire here to get a quote for your business.
  • Can I Customize The Claw Machine?
    Yes, you can customize your claw machine to fit the aesthetic of your location. Customization is limited to machine decals, logo, and LEDs.
  • How Long Will It Take To Ship?
    Due to production and manufacturing time, shipping may vary from 2-4 months depending on the time of year. Factors outside of our control such as inclement weather may delay shipments by a few days.
  • How Does Shipment Work?
    When the claw machine arrives, our shipping team will unbox and set up the machine at your location. Please allow up to 2 hours for the unloading and setting up process.
  • How Big is A Claw Machine?
    Our claw machines are 85cm in length, 87cm in width, and 190cm in height. To ensure the machine will fit through your business entrance, please ensure that the entrance width is at least 34 inches, or 86.36cm. Any entrance more narrow than 34in/86.36cm WILL NOT allow our machine to go through. If during the delivery process the machine will not fit through the business entrance, a transportation fee of $250 will be assessed, the order will be closed, and the machine will be returned to our headquarters.
  • How Do I Restock My Machine?
    Our management team will restock the machine bi-weekly, depending on the amount of plushies needed. If you would like to request a restock earlier, simply text the word "restock" to 8327550705, along with your business name and location.
  • How Much Electricity Does It Use?
    Our machines require a standard 220V/110V electrical outlet.
  • How Often Are Payouts?
    Payouts by default are monthly, however, can be adjusted to weekly or bi-weekly. If you would like to adjust the payout period, please email support@gulfcoastclaws.com
  • Are There Any Contracts or Commitments?
    We require a signing of a contract to ensure liability and to outline the terms and conditions. There are no commitments to our company, and the claw machine can be removed from the premises at no cost. If you would like to have the machine removed, please email support@gulfcoastclaws.com.
